Video is a very effective tool when selling a home or other property. In just a few minutes, you can give the viewer a sense of “being there”, rivaled only by, well, actually being there. But video adds another element that still photos cannot, and that’s audio.
Most real estate videos include a nice background music track to accompany the images. But they are missing a great opportunity to really showcase the property. A voice narration can add so much more information – information that you may not be able to convey visually. Yes, you can include text bullet points in the video.
